Client update intelligence

ClientCadence is more than a text generator. It helps you remember what each client needs to hear, when they need to hear it, and how to use project notes, History, and selected GitHub activity in reviewed updates.

What ClientCadence tracks for updates

ClientCadence is for moments when a client deserves an update, but the status is scattered across tasks, memory, blockers, and decisions. It combines rough notes with saved project memory so the output is more relevant than a blank AI text box.

It works best for weekly project updates, launch notes, risk updates, design review summaries, engineering status reports, Teams-friendly message copy, GitHub-informed release summaries, and quick check-ins after a milestone.

AI can make mistakes. Review outputs before sending or using them.

How project memory improves each draft

  1. Create a project with the client name, communication style, and update cadence.
  2. Add memory such as client preferences, repeated blockers, or decisions waiting on the client.
  3. Use the dashboard queue to see who needs an update.
  4. Paste rough notes from your task list, meeting notes, or commit log.
  5. On paid plans, use selected GitHub pull requests, issues, commits, tags, releases, and explicit commands as draft context.
  6. Select the output format: email-style, Slack, Teams, or another supported mode.
  7. Choose a tone such as professional, concise, or friendly.
  8. Review the output and edit facts before sending.
