What ClientCadence does

ClientCadence helps you remember what every client needs to hear next. It combines rough notes, saved client preferences, update cadence, recent history, and risk signals to draft more useful client communication.

Who it is for

  • Freelance developers and designers
  • Web, marketing, and product agencies
  • Consultants with recurring client projects
  • Service business owners who send weekly updates
  • Small teams that need a shared history of client communication

How to use it

  1. Create a project for each client or engagement.
  2. Add client memory, such as tone preference, update schedule, current blockers, or decisions needed.
  3. Use the dashboard queue to see which clients need an update.
  4. Pick a mode: What to say today, client update, email reply, weekly summary, or risk report.
  5. Paste rough notes from your workday.
  6. Review and edit the draft before sending it to a client.

What happens after signup

Signed-in users can organize projects, save client memory, track when each client was last updated, see risk levels, generate insights, and upgrade billing through Stripe. The app is built so team billing and integrations can be added cleanly as the product grows.

What makes it different

A normal AI writing tool starts from zero every time. ClientCadence is designed around continuity: who the client is, what they care about, when they last heard from you, and what risks keep appearing. That is the workflow that makes the product more useful over time.

Important usage note

AI-generated drafts should be reviewed before sending. ClientCadence can improve structure and wording, but you are responsible for checking facts, dates, promises, pricing, and any client-specific obligations.
