FAQ

Common pricing questions

ClientCadence pricing is designed around client communication volume, saved workflow history, and team collaboration.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are managed through Stripe, and you can cancel from Billing.

Do I need Gmail or Slack?

No. You can draft and copy updates without integrations, including Teams-friendly message formats. Gmail and Slack help when you want to send or share approved updates from ClientCadence. GitHub import is optional and helps paid workspaces use selected project activity as draft context.

Can I disconnect integrations?

Yes. Gmail, Slack, and GitHub can be disconnected from Settings at any time.

Does GitHub import read source code?

No. GitHub activity context uses selected metadata such as pull requests, issues, commits, tags, and releases. It does not read source files, inspect diffs, or write repository data. GitHub comments are posted only for explicit /clientcadence commands.

Can I upload PDFs or text files?

Pro and Agency users can upload small PDF, TXT, or Markdown files as context for a draft. ClientCadence extracts readable text and uses it to improve the generated update. It does not store the original file as a workspace attachment by default.

Do scanned PDFs work?

Not yet. ClientCadence supports text-based PDFs only. Scanned PDFs and OCR are not supported at this time.

Are AI drafts editable?

Yes. Treat every draft as a starting point. Review names, dates, promises, and client-specific details before sending.

What happens when I hit my limit?

ClientCadence will stop new generations until the daily limit resets or you upgrade.

Is billing handled securely?

Billing is processed by Stripe. ClientCadence does not store payment card numbers.
