Turn Slack project conversations into clear client updates

ClientCadence helps turn project notes and conversations from Slack into clearer client-facing updates. A connected workspace can interact with ClientCadence through direct messages, channel mentions, and the /clientcadence slash command.

Use it when important project context is already happening in Slack, but you still need to summarize progress, blockers, approvals, or next steps for a client without rebuilding the update from scratch.

Slack is useful for fast project conversations, but clients usually do not need every internal message, technical detail, or back-and-forth discussion. ClientCadence helps you turn the relevant project context into a shorter update focused on what changed, what needs attention, and what happens next.

You stay in control of what becomes part of the draft and what gets shared. Review generated content before sending or relying on it.

• Generate a draft in ClientCadence, review it, then send it to a selected Slack channel.

1. Connect Slack from ClientCadence Settings.
2. Approve the requested Slack workspace permissions.
3. For channel mentions, invite the ClientCadence app to the channel.
4. Send a direct message, mention ClientCadence, or use the /clientcadence command with the project context you want summarized.
5. Review the generated draft before sharing it.
6. Save supported requests to History and associate them with a matching project when appropriate.
7. Continue editing in ClientCadence or send an approved update back to Slack.

ClientCadence uses Slack's authorized app installation flow. Your workspace approves the requested permissions without sharing Slack passwords with ClientCadence.

Slack access is used to receive app mentions, receive direct messages to the ClientCadence app, respond in Slack, and list public channels when you choose to send an approved update. Slack workspace settings, channel access, provider availability, and Slack policy requirements may affect how the integration works.

Slack is available as a ClientCadence integration on Free, Pro, and Agency workspaces. Your normal workspace generation and usage limits still apply.

Users choose when to ask ClientCadence for a draft and when to send an approved update. You can disconnect Slack from Settings at any time; workspace admins can also remove the app directly from Slack.
