What each plan includes
Free access is designed for trying the core workflow with tighter limits. Pro unlocks higher usage and integrations for solo operators. Agency is for teams that need shared workspace access and team-focused client communication workflows.
Pro plan
Pro is built for freelancers, consultants, and solo operators who need more daily generation capacity, saved project memory, history, insights, and connected sending workflows.
Choose Pro when one person owns the client workflow and needs a faster way to draft updates, follow-ups, weekly summaries, and project risk notes.
Agency plan
Agency is built for teams that share client communication work. It adds team invitations, member roles, ownership transfer, higher usage, and a larger project capacity.
Choose Agency when more than one person needs access to the same client memory, project history, and approved communication workflow.
How upgrades and downgrades work
Plan changes are handled through Stripe. Upgrades can take effect immediately, and Stripe may calculate prorated billing depending on the current subscription state. Downgrades can reduce access to paid features when the plan changes.
Moving from Pro to Agency upgrades the existing subscription when possible, so the workspace does not need a second subscription. Moving back to Pro keeps billing tied to the same workspace while removing Agency-only team controls.
Managing billing through Stripe
Signed-in users can open billing from the dashboard sidebar. Paid users can manage payment details, invoices, and subscription changes through the Stripe billing portal.
Only the workspace owner can manage billing. Admins, editors, and viewers can use the workspace according to their role, but subscription changes stay with the account owner.
Billing questions can go to billing@clientcadence.io.
Account deletion
If you confirm account deletion while a subscription is active, ClientCadence cancels active app access immediately and removes the workspace data described in the privacy policy.
