Why weekly reports reduce client anxiety

Clients do not need every detail. They need confidence that the work is moving, visibility into risks, and a clear sense of what happens next. A consistent weekly format makes updates easier to write and easier to scan.

In ClientCadence, the same structure becomes stronger when each project has memory: client preferences, update cadence, recent blockers, and the last update sent.
