What team workspaces manage
The Team page lets Agency workspaces invite teammates, assign roles, remove access, and transfer ownership when the account owner changes. It is designed for businesses that need shared client communication history without giving every teammate full account control.
Workspace roles and access
- Owner: full workspace, billing, role, and ownership control.
- Admin: can manage members, integrations, projects, and drafts.
- Editor: can create projects, generate drafts, and send reviewed messages.
- Viewer: can read workspace content without changing it.
How teammate invites work
Owners and admins can send invitations by email. The invited person accepts the link, signs in with the invited email address, and joins the shared workspace with the selected role.
Agency workspaces currently support up to 10 active members. Pending invitations count toward that workspace limit so access stays easy to review before more teammates join.
When a member is removed
Removing a member stops their workspace access. Existing projects, saved History, and workspace records remain with the workspace so the communication record stays intact.
Ownership transfer
Only the owner can transfer ownership. After transfer, the new owner receives full control and the previous owner becomes an admin. This is useful when a founder, operator, or client lead changes responsibility for the workspace.
Usage visibility
Agency workspaces share usage across the team. Owners and admins can review daily workspace usage and recent activity by teammate, so it is easier to understand how the team is using ClientCadence across web, Slack, and Gmail workflows.
Audit review and workspace activity
Workspace activity logs help owners and admins review important account changes, such as teammate invitations, role updates, ownership changes, and connected-tool changes. They are intended for account oversight and troubleshooting, not for monitoring every message or draft.
Use cases
- Agency operators coordinating multiple client accounts.
- Small teams that need shared project memory.
- Client managers who need visibility into communication cadence.
Workflow example
A project lead can create project memory, generate weekly updates, and keep a shared history so another teammate can step in without losing context.
